Volta Fazio joined the Firm in August of 2008. Mr. Fazio has substantial experience in the entertainment industry, managing and marketing a number of independent magazine publications. Mr. Fazio is currently obtaining a credential in paralegal studies from Los Angeles City College.

Mr. Fazio provides litigation support in the prosecution of labor and employment claims, as well as the prosecution of civil rights claims.

Mr. Fazio has participated in and prepared for depositions and trials, including document and database management, fact investigation and evidence gathering, legal research, exhibit development and preparation, and drafting of substantive pleadings, discovery and correspondence.

As a legal assistant, Mr. Fazio plays a key role in supporting the litigation practice of the firm. His main duties include preparation of complaints, responding to discovery, assisting in conducting depositions, trial support and overall maintenance of client files.
