Naima M. Jones -- Office Manager/Psychodrama Coordinator

Naima Jones joined as the firm's legal secretary in July 2006. She became the firm's office manager in March 2007. Ms. Jones graduated from Santa Monica College with an associate degree in sports medicine. She also graduated Bryman College with a double major. Ms. Jones is responsible for all firm secretarial training and for many other law firm administrative and marketing functions.

Ms. Jones' responsibilities include supporting law office operations by overseeing and supervising legal support staff and maintaining legal reference resources, office supplies and equipment. Her job duties also entail overseeing the master calendar and other administrative tasks. Additionally, Ms. Jones is responsible for new case intake and client service.

Ms. Jones deals directly with our clients. She conducts jury focus groups and coordinates and participates in psychodrama sessions. Psychodrama is a form of human development which explores, through dramatic action, the problems, issues, concerns, dreams and highest aspirations of people, groups, systems and organizations. It is mostly used as a group work method, in which each person in the group can become a therapeutic agent for each other in the group. Following the methods taught at The Trial Lawyers College, The Luti Law Firm utilizes psychodrama in trial preparation.

Ms. Jones is self reliant, highly motivated and works efficient and more inexpensively than attorneys in larger firms. Ms. Jones has developed a deep understanding and appreciation for customer care and service, which makes her interaction with clients an enjoyable part of her job.
