Altesa Hatcher joined the firm as a legal assistant in April 2007. Ms. Hatcher graduated from Rutgers University with a major in social work. She also has a Masters of Fine Arts in acting from New School University in New York.

Ms. Hatcher manages complex databases and provides leading-edge technological communication services. She is responsible for updating and indexing case files, assisting attorneys with document duplication and trial notebooks. In addition, she provides litigation support in the prosecution of labor and employment claims, as well as the defense of major criminal felony prosecutions.

In addition to providing litigation and trial support, Ms. Hatcher is passionate about children, teaching others and acting. Her prior experience includes being a teaching artist instructing youths of all ages in the art of acting and theater arts. She has also served a vocal coach and creative consultant. Ms. Hatcher is also extremely active in the Los Angeles community. She is currently in the early phases of spearheading an acting company for children and their parents. The company is scheduled to launch this summer.
